Joseph J. Rodio, Jr.

Joseph J. Rodio, Jr. joined Rodio & Ursillo, Ltd. in 2009 where he focuses his practice on public pensions.

Joe represents both municipalities and labor organizations to ensure legal compliance and proper administration of public pension funds. Joe also assists his municipal and quasi-governmental clients in the procurement of grants, loans, and other government-supported funding. Joe rounds out his practice with civil litigation, including personal injury.

Prior to joining Rodio & Ursillo, Ltd., Joe was a Supply Chain Analyst for one of the world’s largest corporations and providers of home and personal care products.

During law school, Joe served as a student-instructor of a required first-year legal research and writing course. He also served in full-time positions for the United States Attorney’s Office in Boston, Massachusetts; in the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit; at one of Boston’s premier bankruptcy law firms; and in the in-house counsel’s office for a leading publishing company.
