Jeffrey M. Gibson

Jeffrey M. Gibson joined Rodio & Ursillo, Ltd. in 1983, where he focuses his practice on real estate. Jeff became a Principal in the Firm in 1987.

Jeff represents numerous banks and mortgage companies in all aspects of both residential and commercial real estate transactions. Jeff also helps his clients navigate complex transactions for gift giving, wealth transfers, and other personal planning, relying on his knowledge and extensive experience in tax law and estate planning.

Jeff maintains a strong corporate practice that includes drafting contracts of all types, mergers, acquisitions, stock redemptions, liquidations and transitional planning. Jeff also has extensive experience drafting Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QRDO), ranging in all types and levels of difficulty.
